Our vision

Life's most significant
moments deserve better
infrastructure.

The problem

Fragmented tools for unfragmented lives.

When someone decides to get married, they face an immediate organizational burden: dozens of vendor categories, no reliable way to compare quality, scattered budgeting tools, inconsistent reviews, and a planning process driven by social media recommendations rather than structured knowledge.

The same fragmentation exists across every major life event. New parents navigate a hundred product recommendations with no coherent framework. People planning milestone celebrations cobble together spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and Instagram DMs.

This is not a niche problem. It is a universal human experience — the gap between the significance of a moment and the quality of tools available to navigate it.

We believe that gap is a platform opportunity.

Our thesis

Moments as infrastructure.

The infrastructure metaphor is intentional. Infrastructure doesn't mean cold or transactional. It means foundational, reliable, and designed for the long term. Roads, electricity grids, financial systems — we don't notice them when they work well, but their absence makes everything harder.

That's what we want to be for life events. Not visible in a "tech startup" way — invisible in a "this just works" way. A layer beneath the experience that makes the experience possible.

Our platform model is built around three things: trusted vendor networks, intelligent planning tools, and community knowledge. Together, they form a system that's genuinely useful — not just a marketplace with a blog.

We start with weddings because they are the most complex, emotionally loaded, and financially significant event most people will plan in their lives. If we can get that right — we can get anything right.

How we operate

The principles behind every decision we make.

01

Permanence over growth hacks

We are not optimizing for monthly actives or viral loops. We are building products that people return to because they trust them — and recommend because they mean something.

02

Systems, not features

Every tool we build is part of a larger system. A wedding budget tool isn't just a spreadsheet — it's part of the emotional and logistical arc of an entire year of someone's life.

03

The vendor is a partner

We don't treat vendors as listings inventory. They are service professionals whose livelihoods depend on fair, quality leads. We build for them with the same care as we build for couples.

04

India's moments are global-grade

We're building for India first — but without the 'Indian internet' ceiling. The ambition and craft here matches any global product company. We just apply it to our context.

The roadmap

A deliberate journey, not a sprint.

2024

The wedding chapter begins

We launch itsmy.wedding — our first product. A deliberate, quality-first approach to wedding planning in India.

2025

Deepening the platform

We invest in vendor tooling, planning infrastructure, and genuine community. Building depth before breadth.

2026+

Expanding the lifecycle

New life event verticals. Same platform philosophy: intentional design, quality partnerships, meaningful experiences.

“We are not building the biggest event platform. We are building the most trusted one — for the moments that matter most.”
